Returns & Exchanges
We strongly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that it might not work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve, we will be happy to offer you a return or exchange under the below conditions.

We offer returns and exchanges under the below conditions.

– Items must be returned within 30 days of initial receipt
– Items must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it
– You must have a receipt or proof of purchase

– Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not cover return shipping labels.

– Clearance items and discounted bundles marked as final sale are not eligible for returns

Refunds

– Returns and any related refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of returned items
– Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was a shipping error on our part

– Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not cover return shipping labels.

There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted. Examples are any items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
